The Japan Public Affairs Association started to operate a certification system of public affairs professionals (individuals).

Public Affairs Professional Certification is a voluntary certification program for individuals to obtain professional recognition after demonstrating their knowledge of and experience in public affairs activities. Through this program we are contributing to improve recognition and service quality of this profession in Japan.
